Obstruction of Justice, 7Eleven, 110 N. West St., August 22, 1:35 a.m., police arrested a male, 50, of Annandale, VA for impersonating a police officer and trespassing.

Drunkenness, 7Eleven, 110 N. West St., August 22, 3:26 p.m., police arrested a female, 50, NO FIXED, for DIP.

Burglary-Residential, 1300 S. Washington St., August 23, 5:17 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unoccupied residence through an unsecured door within the garage. The suspect(s) stole a stereo, 35” flat screen television, a DVD, and 2-credit cards.

Larceny from Building, Berkeley Financial Corp., 120 E. Broad St., between August 23, 9:30 p.m. and August 24, 9:30 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole a 19” Viewsonic Monitor and a Sony handy cam.

Simple Assault, 100 blk. N. Washington St., August 25, 1:27 a.m., unknown person(s) punched victim in the nose with a closed fist. The victim suffered visible injuries.

Destruction of Property, Crossman United Methodist, 384 N. Washington St., August 25, 3:18 p.m., unknown person(s) driving a Nissan struck a tree, iron fence, and a light pole in the parking lot of the establishment.

Drunkenness, 100 blk. S. Washington St., August 25, 4:20 p.m., police arrested a male, 31, of Fairfax, VA for DIP.

Larceny from Building, Spectrum Condo, 400 blk. Park Ave., August 25, 9:08 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the construction site and attempted to remove a fiberglass ladder belonging to contractors from the site.

Urinating in Public, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., August 25, 11:26 p.m., police arrested a male, 34, of Falls Church, VA for urinating in public.

Drunkenness, 900 blk. N. Roosevelt St., August 25, 11:33 p.m., police arrested a female, 25, of Arlington, VA for DIP.

Tampering with Auto, 300 blk. Little Falls St., August 26 between 1:00 a.m. and 4:56 a.m., unknown person(s) entered an unsecured 1987 Mercedes parked in the victim’s driveway opening the glove compartment and disturbing several items. Nothing appeared to be stolen from the vehicle.

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. James Thurber Ct., August 26, 8:44 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the victim’s 1995 Nissan Maxima and stole 2-pair of prescription sunglasses and approximately $5.00 in change.

Motor Vehicle Theft, 300 blk. W. Columbia St., between August 25, 11:00 p.m. and August 26, 9:08 a.m., unknown person(s) attempted to steal a 2004 Honda Civic by exposing the steering wheel column. Suspect(s) also rummaged through the glove department.

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. James Thurber Ct., August 26, 9:10 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the victim’s unsecured 2002 Toyota Camry and stole a leatherman tool from the glove box.

Motor Vehicle Theft 300 blk. Little Falls St., August 26, 3:30 a.m., unknown person(s) removed the victim’s 2001 Ford F-150 from underneath the carport and backed it up against the wooden fence post. The suspect(s) attempted to steal the vehicle with a spare key left in the glove box.

Larceny from Vehicle, 200 blk. Great Falls St., August 26, between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., unknown person(s) entered a 1999 Dodge van and rummaged through the glove department stealing a checkbook.

Larceny from Vehicle, 400 blk. Little Falls St., August 26, between 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m., unknown person(s) entered a 2004 Jeep and stole some CDs and twelve Noodle ladies golf balls.

Driving under the Influence, 700 blk. E. Broad St., August 26, 10:08 p.m., police arrested a male, 30, of Vienna, VA for DUI.

Driving under the Influence, Annandale Rd/Scipio Lane, August 27, 2:13 a.m., police arrested a male, 38, of Atlanta, GA for DUI.

Drunkenness, 500 blk. Roosevelt Blvd., August 27, 11:55 a.m., police arrested a male, 22, of Falls Church, VA for DIP and malicious activation of a fire alarm.

Larceny from Building, Crisp and Juicy, 913 W. Broad St., August 27, 11:53 a.m., unknown person(s) stole victim’s wallet containing VA driver’s license, $6.00 cash, medical cards, and bank cards out of purse.

Larceny, 400 blk. Sherrow Ave., August 20, 8:12 p.m., unknown person(s) removed two political signs from the side of a residence. The signs read were against President Bush and the war in Iraq.
