It is the Teddy Roosevelt bobble head night, with the first 20,000 fans having an opportunity to complete their collection of four Presidents bobble-heads given out this summer at RFK. The big question is whether or not Teddy, the big version that races at every Nats home game with George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Abe Lincoln, will win his very first race ever!
