F.C. All-Star Rosters Announced

FALLS CHURCH LITTLE LEAGUE REPORT: END OF SEASON, ALL-STARS

For the more than 400 players participating in the Falls Church Kiwanis Little League, it was an exciting season, culminating in some terrific playoff games. With the regular season and playoffs now over, thoughts turn to All-Star teams and tournament play. Falls Church will field three All-Star teams, divided by age groups: 9-10, 10-11 and 11-12.  Little League fans are most familiar with play at the 11-12 level, for it at this level that teams have the potential to travel to Williamsport for the Little League World Series. While they have not yet gotten that far, the 11-12 All-Stars from Falls Church have won the District 4 championship the past two years, and gone on to compete in the state tournament – a major accomplishment.
