Traffic Offense, 1200 blk. W. Broad St., February 21, 4:50 a.m., police arrested a male, 27, of Manassas, VA for Driving without an Operator’s License.

Hit & Run, GMHS, 7124 Leesburg Pike, February 21, 7:00 a.m., unknown person(s) struck a grey 2001 Honda Civic while parked in the parking lot of GMHS.

Hit & Run, Eden Center, 6795 Wilson Blvd., February 21, between 11:30 a.m. and 12:43 p.m., unknown person(s) struck the right rear bumper of a blue 2006 Toyota Scion TC.

Larceny from Vehicle, 100 blk. Smallwood Way, February 21, between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m., unknown person(s) entered an unsecured vehicle and stole a cellular phone and a wallet containing 2 credit cards and a driver’s license.

Hit & Run, 400 blk. N. Maple Ave., between February 11, 7:00 a.m. and February 21, 3:00 p.m., unknown person(s) struck the driver’s front side of a green 1994 Honda Accord.

Drunkenness, Eden Center, 6795 Wilson Blvd., February 21, 11:00 p.m., police arrested a male, 21, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DIP.

Hit & Run, Kaiser, 201 N. Washington St., February 22, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:13 a.m., unknown person(s) struck the front left bumper of a grey 2004 Nissan Armada.

Larceny, Shoplifting, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., February 23, 5:18 p.m., unknown person(s) stole (14) Dove Body Wash, (7) Olay Soap, and (4 packs) AA Duracell Batteries from the establishment, total value $176.56. The suspect is described as a B/M, 5`6" – 5`8" tall, 150-160 lbs., wearing a black leather jacket, blue jeans, beige boots, and a black knitted head band.

Drunkenness, 500 blk. Roosevelt Blvd., February 24, 5:46 a.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Vienna, VA for DIP.

Fraud by Impersonation, 1100 blk. S. Washington St., between February 1 and February 24, unknown person(s) used victim’s name, date of birth, and social security number to obtain electrical services from Virginia Dominion Power in Newport News, Virginia.
