Arlington Cinema N Drafthouse presents Drafthouse Comedy Lounge, February 15, 23 & 24

Here’s an experiment you can try this weekend. Go to the movies, pluck down nine bucks and go see “Norbit.” When you’re done, go to the bar, knock back some pints and then go see Eddie Murphy in his fat suit again. The difference? I bet you laughed at least once the second time. Now, don’t you wish you could be buzzed for all your comedy watching? As most of you know, the Arlington Cinema N Drafthouse has always been a favorite spot for people looking to catch a movie and down some boozers in the process, but they also have weekly comedy-filled nights with their Drafthouse Comedy Lounge. This Thursday (2/15), Al Goodwin, Andy Hendrickson and Herbie Gill take the stage and next Friday and Saturday, Todd Barry will be appearing. Also, all acts are guaranteed to be funnier than “Norbit,” but just in case, there’s sure to be a tap running there with your name on it.
