Larceny from Building, Giant Foods, 1230 W. Broad St., January 30, between 11:00 a.m. and 12:19 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a black purse containing a green wallet, Verizon cell phone, 4 credit cards, VA driver’s license and $161.00 cash from a shopping cart.
Drunkenness, 900 blk. W. Broad St., January 31, 2:43 a.m., police arrested a female, 50, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for drunk in public.
Larceny, Shoplifting, Syms, 1000 E. Broad St., January 31, 9:08 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole numerous pieces of clothing. Incident to the case, the get-a-way vehicle used was reported stolen out of Fairfax County. Fairfax Police has recovered the vehicle.
Disorderly Conduct, 100 blk. Gordon Rd., February 1, 6:30 a.m., police arrested a male, 27, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for disorderly conduct.
Destruction of Property, Mount Daniel Elementary School, 2328 N. Oak St., unknown person(s) cut the chain link fence on the left front corner of the property.
Hit & Run, 200 blk. N. Washington St., February 2, between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., unknown person(s) struck the rear driver’s side bumper of a beige 2002 Honda Odyssey.
Destruction of Property, Home Stretch Inc., 370 S. Washington St., between February 2, 4:00 p.m. and February 3, 8:45 a.m., unknown person(s) damaged a wall inside the establishment.
Larceny, Shoplifting, Syms, 1000 E. Broad St., February 3, 5:36 p.m., police arrested a male, 29, of Arlington, VA for stealing a black leather Polo wallet from the establishment.
Larceny, Shoplifting, CVS, 1150 W. Broad St., February 4, 12:49 a.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole (2) bottles of Robitussin. The subjects were confronted by an employee who asked the subjects to empty their pockets. The items were returned and the subjects left without incident. Case is under investigations.
