Tenacious D

The Pick of DestinyWatch out D.C., the “greatest band on Earth” is coming to town. While their movie, “The Pick of Destiny,” is making the rounds in theaters, Jack Black and Kyle Gass are touring the states, bringing Tenacious D to the stage. Making their film debut in the ‘96 Pauly Shore epic “Bio Dome” and then having two whole shows aired on HBO in 1997, the duo didn’t have the most auspicious beginning to their career. But since then, Tenacious D has built up a die-hard fan bas, made a platinum record, and has reached the top 10 on Billboard. If you think you’re up to the task, make your way down to the Patriot Center this Sunday and be prepared to have yourself rocked like you’ve never been rocked before.
