Jody’s Jam: Various TV Premieres

Check it. This is a nice time of year to get away. Get outside, breathe the air and just kick back and relax. That’s probably why Jody decided to hit the high seas on vacation this week and leave the rest of the News-Press staff to languish in envy and drown beneath the editorial work load. Although he very much deserves the break, it hasn’t made our jobs any easier this week. That’s why “Designated Jammer of the Week” Mike Hume is recommending a long week of lounging on the couch. Turns out this is also a good time for stretching out on the couch as well, what with the Fall premieres and all. Get it started tonight with “The Office” on NBC. Laughter is the best medicine after all. And don’t forget about the lovely ladies on Sunday’s season premiere of “Desperate Housewives” on ABC. A little popcorn, a cold beverage … or six … and you’ll be ready for another Monday.

What: Various TV Premieres
When: All This Week
Where: Anywhere With Reception (Though plush furniture helps the experience immensely … )
