AA Sidewinders vs. Scrappers — Sidney Marsh recorded a number of key outs over several innings for the Scrappers, but it wasn’t enough to stave off the Sidewinders’ big bats, as the Scrappers fell to the Sidewinders 14-0.

Small Roster Plays Negative for Colts

With a few players from George Mason High School (GMHS) out for a showcase, the Falls Church Colts were trimmed down to a roster of 10 and fell in both games of a doubleheader to the W.T. Woodson 18U baseball team last Saturday by a combined score of 29-8.

Following a recent slide in which the Falls Church Colts fell to .500 for the first time all season, the 18-under AAU team has found their stride, pounding out timely hits and playing solid defense, as the summer team took three in a row last week to bump their record to 8-5-1.
