PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on Monday, February 9, 2009 the City Council of the City of Falls Church, Virginia (the “City”) will hold a public hearing in accordance with Section 15.2-2606 of the Code of Virginia of 1950, as amended, on the issuance of a general obligation public improvement bond of the City in the estimated maximum amount of $4,100,000 to finance the cost, in whole or in part, of the City’s pro-rata portion of the required upgrades to the Arlington wastewater treatment plant. The public hearing, which may be continued or adjourned, will be held at 7:30 o’clock p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, before the City Council.
