The George Mason High School girls varsity lacrosse team experienced a tough week, losing two very close and physical games, first to Loudoun County, 14-13, on April 30, and then 8-6 against Briar Woods last Monday.

Following the previous week’s difficulties, the George Mason High School girls varsity lacrosse team scored a successful string of victories this week, defeating non-district AAA team Deep Run on Friday, April 24, 19-4.
Falls Church High Baseball (1-13): (April 23) loss vs. Washington-Lee, 16-6. (April 24) loss vs. Edison, 6-3. (April 27) loss vs. Mount Vernon, 11-6. (April 28) loss vs. Yorktown, 16-5. Next game is May 1 at Yorktown.
