Flying Club Opens at George Mason HS

The Flying Club is one of the newer clubs at George Mason High School. The club was created for students who are interested in drones and model airplanes.

Members of the club learn about aviation, share news and videos, fly club drones and design plans for building their own. A recent AT&T STEM grant will support the purchase of hardware and controls to build three new mini-airplanes and a drone.
