Northern Virginia Senior Softball is offering a free eight-week softball conditioning program this spring for men older than 50 and women older than 40.
The program will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10 a.m. from Feb. 11 – April 3, for NVSS members readying for assignment to one of 28 slow-pitch softball teams in three skill-level conferences.
