A tough night on the road for the Mustangs.

Meridian suffered its first loss of the season Thursday night, falling 41-0 to a strong Kettle Run squad. The Mustangs drop to 1-1 after opening the season with a 17-7 victory over Justice.

Meridian will look to bounce back next week.
