Fairfax Co. Students Make Honors Choir

Seventy-nine Fairfax County Public Schools students from sixteen schools have been selected by the Virginia Choral Directors Association to perform at the All-Virginia Middle School Honors Choir event scheduled for April 4-6. The concert will take place at the First Baptist Church of Richmond beginning at 1:30 p.m., and is free and open to the public.

The following local students auditioned and qualified for this event:

Jackson Middle School — Saina Shibili, Nikka Boyle, Chelsea Kodiaga, Steven Lee, Kenta Yoshizaki, William McKinstry, Sarah Driessen and Jared Tulodo.

Longfellow Middle School — Matthias Zahniser-Renteria and Field Wang.
