Personal Project Showcase Comes to Mason March 13

This year the George Mason High School (7124 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church) International Dinner and Personal Project Showcase will be held on Wednesday, March 13, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the Mustang Café and both gyms.

The dinner is a potluck event hosted annually by Mason’s International Club and sponsored by the Parent-Teacher-Student Association and ESOL/World Language staff. All are welcome to the celebration of Falls Church’s diverse community, sharing an array of ethnic foods and entertainment with an international flair.

Following dinner, the MYP Personal Project Showcase shares sophomores’ Personal Projects, a culmination of the IB Middle Years Programme.

Family and community members are encouraged to view the wide variety of student work in the gyms and to talk with the 10th graders about their ideas and results.
