The Cappies, a writing and awards program for high school theatre and journalism students, will be hosting an evening of comedy as the Capitol Steps political satire comedy troupe performs a show to benefit high school theatre for the Cappies of the National Capital Area on Sunday, Feb. 24 at 7 p.m. at Fairfax High School (3501 Rebel Run Rd., Fairfax).
