Students Can Help Name New Road Next to School

The school access street on the new George Mason High School/Mary Ellen Henderson Middle School campus needs a name, and the School Board is inviting Falls Church City Public Schools students to make suggestions.

Students are encouraged to talk to their school’s administrators about how to nominate names. The suggestion period is open until the end of today.

The street will follow the existing unnamed entrance from Haycock Road, and pass in front of both schools before exiting the campus on Leesburg Pike.

Both Henderson and Mason will have their addresses on this street.
