The project will include a 6-8 screen dine-in movie theater with 750-850 seats, 5,000 square feet of office and 60,000 square feet of retail-restaurant space and 72 senior and 322 market rate apartments.
The formal groundbreaking for Mill Creek’s 4.3-acre Founders Row mixed-use project is Monday, March 4. Demolition at the site is already underway at the northeast corner of W. Broad and N. West Streets.
The project is expected to be completed in late 2021.
