F.C.’s Pinwheel Garden Commemorates Child Abuse Prevention Month

A NEW TRADITION in the City of Falls Church has become an annual dedication of a pinwheel garden in Cherry Hill Park, in recognition of April 2018 as Child Abuse Prevention Month. This year it was held just prior to the City Council meeting where the proclamation was signed by Mayor David Tarter, as the assembled citizens took the pin wheels and planted them where they will remain throughout the coming month.
