At 6 p.m. Monday, November 27, a new tradition in the City of Falls Church, a third annual holiday lights lighting fete will be held in the 100 block of W. Broad with Mayor David Tarter plugging in lights have been strung into place in the trees in that block beginning this week. According to City officials, Santa will also be there.
