Local Company Donates Trucks, Service to Toys for Tots

PockitShip, a local on-demand pickup, delivery and moving company, is donating its moving trucks and service to deliver toys to more than 16,000 during Toys for Tots’ distribution week, which started on Monday, Dec. 12 and will be held through Saturday, Dec. 17.

Toys for Tots called this a “lifesaver” as they were short on trucks and drivers, according to PockitShip. They will be donating their services to help 25-30 Marines get the toys to these less fortunate communities.

The company just launched their mobile app, which aims to revolutionize the way consumers and retailers move large, bulky and awkward items. For more information, visit pockitship.com.
