The Falls Church City Council voted Monday to award a contract to Hitt Contracting, Inc. for $49,631 to assume “Construction Management at Risk Pre-Construction Phase” services for the City Hall public space and improvement projects.
The services include cost studies, constructability reviews, staging and logistics reviews, scheduling, systems analyses, progress document reviews, value engineering, public engagement, pro-construction phase team meetings, subcontractor pre-qualification and preparation of a guaranteed maximum price proposal.
