FCCPS Superintedent Search Survey Opens

The Falls Church City School Board is seeking public and staff input on the qualifications and characteristics they want to see in the next superintendent for the Falls Church City Public School system. A survey to gather input opened on Monday, Dec. 5, according to the school system’s Morning Announcements email.

The survey will be open until January 20 and is available to the community at-large and staff. In addition to the survey, the Board’s search firm B.W.P and Associates has set two Community Engagement interviews for this week, one of which was held on Wednesday, Dec. 7, to receive comment from the public.

The other Community Engagement event will be held on Thursday, Dec. 8 from 7 – 8 p.m. at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School, located at 610 S. Oak Street. Several meetings with school system staff and administration have also been held and will be held on Thursday, Dec. 8. To take the survey, visit surveymonkey.com/r/9NHFVCT.
