Falls Church Habitat Restoration Scheduled for Nov. 5

The City of Falls Church Habitat Restoration is hosting a restoration of Crossman Park, located at 525 N. Van Buren St., Falls Church, on Saturday, Nov. 5 from 10 a.m. – noon. The purpose of the event is to restore the local ecosystem at Crossman Park.

This includes on-going removal of invasive vegetation and replanting with native species when plants are available. Event organizers suggest that those who plan to participate wear comfortable clothes, boots/heavy shoes and gloves.
