Rare Bird Coffee Roasters Holds Grand Opening Thursday Morning

Rare Bird Coffee Roasters, which held its soft opening last Tuesday, held its official grand opening today with a ribbon cutting at its West Broad St. store.  City of Falls Church mayor David Tarter along with vice mayor Mary Beth Connelly and City Council members Phil Duncan, Letty Hardi and Karen Oliver were on hand for Thursday morning’s event.

Rare Bird owners Bryan Becker and Lara Berenji moved their coffee business from Washington, D.C. to Falls Church where they roast their own beans and offer a variety of coffees, teas and more at 230 W. Broad St.
