Washington Saxophone Quartet Plays at St. Patrick’s

The Washington Saxophone Quartet is playing at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, located at 3241 Brush Dr., Falls Church, on Saturday, Oct. 16 at 4 p.m. as part of the Odeon Chamber Music Series.

The quartet is in its 40th year playing in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. They arrange music written for organ, string quartet and orchestra for saxophones, and make them sound just as if they music were written for them.

There will also be commentary by Rich Kleinfeldt, founder of the Washington Saxophone Quartet and one of the hosts of WETA radio. There will be a wine and cheese reception following the concert.
