Falls Church School Bus Stop Arm Cameras Return

The Virginia General Assembly updated a Virginia statute making it legal to mail a summons to the owner of a car photographed passing a stopped school bus. As a result, the program will resume on Monday, Oct. 31, according to Falls Church City Public Schools director of communications John Brett. The fine for passing a school bus when its arm is extended is $250. For more information, visit fccps.org.
