McLean Art Society Opens ‘Art of the River’ Exhibit

The McLean Art Society is opening its Art of the River juried show on Thursday, Sept. 29 at The American Horticultural Society at River Farm, located at 7931 E. Boulevard Dr., Alexandria. Artists in all media will be offering nature and floral paintings for exhibit and for sale.

The show will be juried by Carolyn Gawarecki, an award-winning artist and teacher. The show will close on January 2. There is no fee for admission to the exhibit. For more information, visit mcleanartsociety.org or call 703-768-5700.
