1 Injured in Falls Church House Fire

A fire broke out in the 2900 block of Fairmont Street in the Falls Church area of Fairfax County in the early morning hours of Tuesday, Sept. 13 that left one person injured, according to the Fairfax County Fire and Rescue Department.

Officials with the fire department said that the victim of the fire has minor burn injuries, but all other occupants of the home escaped the fire safely, according to the fire department. The fire was put out quickly, the department said. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
