The Falls Church Rotary Club’s assistant governor Suzanne McDougall will speak to the Falls Church Rotary Club at the club’s weekly dinner meeting at Harvest Moon Restaurant, which will be held on Thursday, Sept. 1 at 6:30 p.m.
