The Falls Church Housing and Human Services office has announced that applications are now being accepted for a two bedroom/one bath apartment available at Northgate located at 450 N. Washington Street for $1,310 per month. A lottery will be held Tuesday, July 19, at 7 p.m. in City Hall. The unit will be available for immediate occupancy. Applications will be accepted until close of business Friday, July 15.

To qualify, applicants must fulfill all of the following: All applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent legal residents, total household liquid assets cannot exceed $40,000, and total household income must be between 50 and 80 percent of area median income.
