Two Falls Church residents were announced as recipients of National Merit Scholarships on Wednesday, June 1. Chantal Iosso, a graduating senior at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology, received the National Merit Washington and Lee University Scholarship. John H. Balch, a graduating senior at George C. Marshall High School, received the National Merit University of Chicago Scholarship.
