Open Houses Scheduled for Master Gardener Training

The Virginia Cooperative Extension Master Gardeners of Northern Virginia have scheduled two opportunities for residents of Arlington and Alexandria to learn more about the 2016 Master Gardener Training Program, which will begin on September 6.

Virginia Cooperative Extension horticultural staff and Master Gardeners will greet prospective trainees at an open on Tuesday, May 17 from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. and again on Saturday, May 21 from 10 a.m. – noon at the Fairlington Community Center, located at 3308 S. Stafford St., Arlington. The community center is where the Arlington County Virginia Cooperative Extension offices are located.
