Falls Church Wells Fargo Bank Robbed Wednesday

A man robbed a bank in the City of Falls Church Wednesday afternoon, police reported. City of F.C. Police say the suspect, described as a middle eastern man, approximately 25-30 years old, 5’10” tall with beard, eyeglasses, red baseball hat and brown trench coat, robbed the Wells Fargo Bank located at 1000 West Broad Street in Falls Church at around 3:50 p.m. Wednesday, May 11.

The investigation into the robbery has been taken over by the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Washington, D.C. field office.

This latest incident comes less than a week after three individuals, armed with guns, held up a man staying at the Stratford Motor Lodge on West Broad last Friday.
