Teen Poetry Contest Runs Through Thursday, March 31

Mary Riley Styles Public Library at 120 N. Virginia Avenue is currently holding its annual Teen Poetry Contest for young writers in the area, which runs through Thursday, March 31. There are two age groups in the contest: middle school and high school.

The contest will be judged by community members and prizes are provided by the Mary Riley Styles Public Library Foundation. Entries must be submitted to the Mary Riley Styles Public Library Youth Services Department by 9 p.m. on Thursday, March 31. Prizes will be awarded on Wednesday, April 27 at 7 p.m.
