Petition Vs. F.C. Schools Dismissed In Arlington Court “With Prejudice”

A petition filed last fall in the Arlington Circuit Court against the Falls Church School System by four parents was finally dismissed in its entirety “with prejudice” (meaning it cannot be appealed or resubmitted) in a pre-trial hearing in the court today. The petition had alleged unlawfulness in revisions the School Board made last August to policies regarding citizens advisory committees.
