Art and Frame of Falls Church has several art studios available for lease at 205 W. Jefferson Street in Falls Church. The Jefferson Street Artists’ studios range from 75 to 120 square feet with a 15-foot ceiling. Each studio has a window, a locking door, and access to a breakroom with a refrigerator and microwave, utility sink and bathrooms.
