Ilya and Kristin Shapiro of Falls Church welcomed their son, Jacob Thomas Shapiro, to the world on Monday, Jan. 4 at Virginia Hospital Center – Arlington. Jacob weighed six pounds and measured 20 inches in length at birth. His grandparents are Leonid and the late Galina Shapiro of Toronto and Roger and Diane Feeley, lifelong Kansans who just last month moved to Falls Church. Jacob and his mom are doing great. Jacob can’t wait to meet his classmates from the George Mason High School class of 2034.
