Thomas Jefferson Library is hosting an event on Monday, Jan. 11 which will combine two fears that many children have: math and monsters. The You Can Count On Monsters event at the library, located at 7415 Arlington Blvd., Falls Church, will be held from 7 – 8 p.m.
During the event, children in grades 2 – 5 can learn about prime numbers and create their own number monsters. The free event is being cosponsored by Thomas Jefferson Library and George Mason University Experimental Geometry Lab. For more information, call 703-573-1060.
