Over 800 F.C. Students Participate in Hour of Code

According to the Falls Church City Public Schools’ Morning Announcements last week, over 800 students in Falls Church City schools participated in Hour of Code, which is aimed at introducing computer science to the general public, demystifying the discipline and showing that anyone can learn the basics of coding.

Over 350 students at Mount Daniel School and nearly 500 students at Thomas Jefferson Elementary School participated in Hour of Code, joining million of students worldwide who participated in the Computer Science Week event.
