Falls Church resident Felix Chang won first place in the America Crown Midwest Nationals wrestling tournament in the 10-year-old heavyweight division on Saturday, Dec. 6 in Des Moines, Iowa. It was Chang’s first time winning the Midwest Grand Nationals and his eleventh national wrestling tournament win.

Earlier this year, Chang won first place in the America Crown Pre-Season Nationals wrestling tournament in the 10-year-old heavyweight division at the Cowles Fieldhouse on the campus of Simpson College in Indianola, Iowa. He also won the Most Valuable Wrestler award at the event.
