Messiah Sing-Along Slated for December 6

St. Peter’s Episcopal Church in Arlington has invited the public to its 25th Annual Advent Tradition: Messiah Sing-Along, which will be held on Sunday, Dec. 6 at 7:30 p.m. The concert will feature St. Peter’s Adult Choir with orchestra and soloists.

The chorus will sing choruses from the Christmas portion (and Hallelujah chorus) of Handel’s “Messiah.” For those that do not have their own score of Handel’s “Messiah,” St. Peter’s will be selling and loaning out copies of the score at the event.

The concert will be approximately an hour-long and there will be a reception after the performance. The concert is free, though the church encourages donations of non-perishable food. St. Peter’s Episcopal Church is located at 4250 N. Glebe Road, Arlington. For more information, visit stpetersmusic.org.
