John Eaton to Perform ‘Holiday Spectacular’ at The Alden

Washington, D.C.-based musicologist, humorist and jazz pianist extraordinaire, John Eaton, will share the history and harmonies of some favorite seasonal songs from the American Songbook at a special “Holiday Spectacular,” on Saturday, Dec. 19 at 2 p.m. at The Alden, located at 1234 Ingleside Ave., McLean.

Considered one of the foremost interpreters of American music, Eaton offers a unique combination of ultra-tasteful jazz and fascinating observations. In a typical concert he performs music from the vast treasure trove of American popular song and jazz.
