Dancing Mind Hosting Open Houses In November

Dancing Mind is hosting a number of events on Saturday, November 7. A member appreciation open house will be held from 9 a.m. – noon while a Yin Yoga open house will take place from 10 a.m. – noon, and an olympic lifting course, for those interested in attending CrossFit classes, will be held from 1 – 5 p.m. Owned and operated by Paula Baake, Dancing Mind provides classes and programs in yoga, CrossFit and cycling.
