Kool Smiles Collects Halloween Candy for U.S. Troops

The Falls Church Kool Smiles is coordinating “Operation Troop Treats” to encourage children to bring their Halloween candy to Kool Smiles to be sent in care packages to U.S. troops serving oversees via Operation Gratitude. Children will receive one toy for every 25 pieces of unopened candy they donate with a limit of three toys per child. Candy can be dropped off between Friday, October 30 – Wednesday, November 4 at 6537 Arlington Boulevard in Falls Church.
