A water main break occurred in the 1000 block of Parker Avenue in the City of Falls Church Sunday morning according to an update sent out from the City’s alert system. The message said affected residents have been notified and Fairfax Water is on the scene while Washington Gas in en route to the scene.
As of 5:45 p.m. Sunday, the main had been fixed and water to the 15 affected homes had been restored.
