Baileys Crossroads Senior Citizen Missing, Police Say

Fairfax County Police have asked for the public’s assistance in finding a senior citizen who went missing from the Baileys Crossroads area on Thursday. 65-year-old Fawzi Jariri went missing from the area of Columbia Pike, Tyler Street and Washington Drive at around 3 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 24.

The 5’5, 217 pound man was last seen wearing a long sleeved green shirt and sandals. He only speaks Arabic and limited physical and mental capabilities, causing concern for his well being. Many police resources in the area have been dedicated in their search for Jariri.

The police asked that the public contact them if Jariri is seen or located. Members of the public with information can call 911 or 703-691-2131.
