At the Thursday, Sept. 10 Falls Church Rotary Club meeting, Northern Virginia Rotary District Governor, Janet Brown, presented the theme banner for the Rotary year which began in July 2015, “Be a Gift to the World,” explaining that everyone has special gifts to offer for Rotary Service.
