F.C.’s Howard Stoodley Honored by City Council

Falls Church resident Howard Stoodley was honored by the City Council last week for his service as a member, leader and historian of the Board of Zoning Appeals for more than twenty years, from October 1994 through December 2014. In an e-mail from the City’s communications office, the City Council said that they wished to commend and thank Stoodley for his service.
